Royal44 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Introduction

Welcome to Royal44 — Malaysia's leading online Live Casino and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Royal44 via the royal44.asia domain and its associated domains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any Royal44 services, you expressly agree to be bound by all the Terms set out herein, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use Royal44's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from a location where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appear on the list of individuals who have self-excluded through Royal44's self-exclusion programme.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Royal44 employee.

Royal44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension. Any age-related fraud will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account active on Royal44 at any one time. This restriction covers accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details by the same individual.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Updating your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Notify Royal44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed at any time. Royal44 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) on any account, including requesting a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or other supporting documents.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Royal44 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Royal44 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unauthorised or suspicious sources will be returned and the account in question will be investigated.

Royal44 does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Royal44's control. Please review your payment provider's terms before making a deposit.

5Withdrawals & Winnings Payouts

Royal44 members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full identity verification (KYC).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement (rollover) cannot be withdrawn.
• Royal44 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 60 minutes for DuitNow and FPX methods. Withdrawals that require additional security review may take up to 24 business hours. If you do not receive your payment within the stated timeframe, please contact the Royal44 support team.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Royal44 offers a wide range of promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 588, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, a VIP programme, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all Royal44 bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses earned through deposits made using another person's name, duplicate accounts, or any fraudulent means will be voided immediately.
• Royal44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions already in progress will be honoured under their original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Royal44 VIP Programme has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier upgrades occur automatically based on total wagering volume. Benefits at each tier are as stated on the VIP Programme page and are subject to change at Royal44's discretion.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the Royal44 platform — including Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), table games, slots, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more — are subject to their respective game-specific rules.

General principles that apply to all games on Royal44:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), or by live dealers in Live Casino. All results are final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. In certain cases, the Cash Out feature may be available for selected Sports Betting markets.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be handled in accordance with Royal44's technical disruption policy. Affected game rounds or bets will be voided or settled based on system records.
• Sports betting odds displayed on the Royal44 platform reflect the odds at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect existing bets.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Royal44 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account to gain bonus advantages or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in table games or betting.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Royal44 platform.
• Bonus abuse: Using betting strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements at minimal risk, including but not limited to hedge betting on two opposing outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the Royal44 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal sources.
• Payment fraud: Using unauthorised, stolen, or third-party payment methods.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the Royal44 platform.

Royal44 reserves the absolute right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on withdrawals while the investigation is ongoing.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Members may close their Royal44 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@royal44.asia. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the necessary checks.

Royal44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activity suspected of being fraudulent or involving money laundering.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Royal44 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity while an investigation is conducted.

10Limitation of Liability

Royal44 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Royal44 shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond Royal44's control.
• Loss of profits, opportunities, or any indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game providers.
• Any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform due to factors beyond Royal44's control.

Royal44's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

• Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request that your case be escalated to management level.
• Step 4: Should a dispute be unable to be resolved internally, both parties may refer to a mutually agreed arbitration procedure.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
